Aerotek Forklift Operator in Doral, Florida
Forklift Operator – Now Hiring
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Forklift Operator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong order‑picking experience and a solid understanding of warehouse operations. You will play a key part in keeping our daily workflow accurate, organized, and efficient.
Starting pay: $18.50/hour
Pay increase: Eligible for raise to $19.00/hour after 3 months based on performance
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm
Responsibilities
Pick items from shelves, racks, and designated storage areas according to order sheets
Prepare picked items for shipment, ensuring accurate packaging and correct labeling
Assist with inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock levels
Report any discrepancies or issues promptly
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Operate forklifts and cherry pickers safely and efficiently
Essential Skills
Proven experience operating a forklift
Proficiency with cherry pickers
Ability to read and follow order sheets with accuracy
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with order picking/packing
Familiarity with basic inventory management processes

You’ll work in a fast‑paced warehouse setting where safety, teamwork, and organization are priorities. You must be comfortable operating forklifts and cherry pickers, and wearing appropriate warehouse attire throughout your shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Doral, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $19.00/hr.
