ROLE SUMMARY
We are hiring an Admin and Sales Coordinator to support our warehouse, sales, and administrative operations. This is a cross-functional role that bridges order management, quoting support, and QuickBooks data entry. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment with physical and office-side responsibilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process and track customer orders from quote to shipment confirmation

``` - Support the sales team with quote preparation and follow-up under established pricing guidelines

``` - Enter and maintain data in QuickBooks Desktop (orders, invoices, inventory updates)

``` - Communicate with customers and vendors regarding order status, shortages, and delivery timelines

``` - Maintain accurate records for inbound and outbound shipments

``` - Assist with accounts receivable follow-up and invoice reconciliation

``` - Coordinate with warehouse team to confirm order accuracy before shipment

``` - Support daily warehouse log entry and reporting

``` - Perform general administrative tasks: filing, data entry, correspondence
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or operations coordinator role
