Job Overview
Coordinates and monitors project and support teams to ensure timely implementation of organizational projects.
Job Requirements
Quotation and Planning
work with PM/PJM and PDE to understand customer NPI requirements
Work wiht footprint PJM and Sourcing to Identify project goal and scope and requirements for migration project
Work with Sourcing and PBL supplier for qualition, get engineering support if needed
Workout project framework/timeline, use WBS to identify deliveriables and tasks in projects.
Lead to work out project capital and expenses spending plan, capacity plan, cost model and project P&L (W/O PJM)
Workout project tooling development or migration timeline, including tooling development (or transfer) and qualification, sample making and delivery, product qualification and GTP
Track RFQ progrss and project status (win or drop)nd integrity through compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Project Execution
After project officially kickoff, setup project team including supplier and balance the resources against project task requirements
Lead TE cross function team and PBL supplier to workout project timeline and track actual progress to ensure all tasks on schedule (design / sample / qualifcation etc.)
Stay interlocked with PjM, review and monitor projects progress and drive for implemention. Ensure successful execution to overall
project timeline
Support tooling order and / or sample order to supplier
As project leader to lead Micro Lite project and QNPI
As project leader to lead PBL internal migration project
Support footprint PJM to be receiving side project leader (move from plant to supplier
Drive sample delivery on time, drive qualification and production document on schedule
Follow system setup and safe launch on time
Project tracking and presentation
Track project execution against plan, balance the priorities
Call regular review meeting, organize whole team to improve bottleneck tasks
Present project progress to management team, highlight risk and support needed
Project go to production
Lead safe launch process audit
Hold ramp up and project close meeting to transfer the project to mass production
Summary lesson learn for those key NPI and migration project and share for futur project better management
Others
Lead project team to ensure run smoothly
Support PBL operation leader to meet PBL operation strategy
Work with other funtion team leader to achieve PBL operation goal
What your background should look like
Bachalor degree
Total Working experience over 10 years
5 years above Project Management experience in manufacturing
Good command of English on both speaking and writing
