Kuehne+Nagel Contract Logistics Customer Service Supervisor in Dong Nai, Vietnam

As a Contract Logistics Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers. By doing so with precision, you not only contribute to the success of your team, but also to the day-to-day operations and success in the warehouse and distribution centres. For example, storing and delivering delicate flowers and fresh ingredients to local stores for everyday lunches and family celebrations. How you create impact

Your primary objective will be to provide an outstanding level of service by managing customer needs, completing all required tasks effectively + efficiently, ensuring that all supply chain process is seamless. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • To ensure teams respond to customer requests on time, identifying + solving issues, complaints or disputes in a professional manner.

  • To ensure teams manage + process received orders in the system, handing them over to the warehouse operations team for completion.

  • To ensure teams communicate with customers regarding order status or when issues arise.

  • To ensure teams prepare + sort documents such as cycle count reports, invoices then identify + interpret data for system entry.

  • To ensure teams are coordinating with customers to submit billing as per agreed timeframes along with required supporting documents, monitoring + following up any discrepancies in original tax invoices; escalating as necessary.

  • To identify + implement solutions aimed at continuous improvements within the customer portfolio (e.g. data quality, turnaround times, + customer satisfaction).

  • To ensure compliance with all customers contractual obligations on the part of the company.

  • To Ensure teams performance against KPIs (e.g., response time, accuracy, customer satisfaction) and drive corrective actions.

  • To Ensure teams prepare, present customer reports and performance reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or ad hoc), including insights and improvement plans.

  • To Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless service delivery.

  • To Support commercial activities by contributing operational inputs to proposals and ensuring alignment with service capabilities.

Work hour: From 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Saturday.

What we would like you to bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or customer service operations.

  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to manage client relationships, handle escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to analyze data and KPIs (e.g., SLA, performance), prepare reports, and drive process improvements (CI).

  • Commercial awareness: Able to support pricing, proposals, and ensure solutions are practical and aligned with service delivery.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with WMS systems is an advantage.

  • Ability to coordinate team activities and support junior staff development.
