Four Seasons Greenho Grounds Maintenance in Dolores, Colorado
We are seeking to fill a Grounds Maintenance position to help maintain our nursery and greenhouse property. This is a physically demanding, hands-on outdoor position ideal for someone who enjoys working with plants and takes pride in keeping landscapes neat, healthy, and beautiful, is reliable and hardworking.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns and pathways
- Weeding and maintaining flower and garden beds
- Weed identification and management
- Pruning trees and shrubs
- General grounds cleanup and seasonal tasks
Assisting with plant and bed care as needed
Additional Opportunity:
Part-time to start, with potential for full-time hours for the right candidate who can also assist with basic greenhouse maintenance and plant care.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform heavy physical work in outdoor conditions
- Able to lift, bend, carry, and work on your feet for extended periods
- Experience with landscaping or grounds maintenance preferred
- Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Comfortable using basic landscape tools and equipment
