Aerotek Restoration Field Technician in Dodge Center, Minnesota
Mitigation Supervisor Needed
Key Responsibilities
Pack, clean, and store contents from affected properties
Identify and document damaged items
Operate cleaning equipment and assist with restoration processes (cleaning, drying, deodorizing)
Maintain jobsite safety, organization, and cleanliness
Drive company vehicles to client sites; assist with jobsite setup
Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and team members
Perform intake, inventory management, and repackaging of restored items
Complete detailed documentation using mobile apps/devices
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction
Skills in framing, installation, and handling damaged property
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, and stand for extended periods
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Smartphone required for documentation and communication
Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
Willingness to learn, grow, and take on increased responsibility

Work Environment
This role supports restoration of commercial properties impacted by natural disasters. Teams range from 2–30 members depending on project scope. Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility required to complete jobs. Professional, restoration‑appropriate attire is expected.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dodge Center, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
