Salary Range: $74,000.00 To $84,000.00 Annually
Position Overview: Clinical position in an in-patient, short term Office of Mental Health (OMH) licensed facility. Position includes participation on an interdisciplinary team and providing crisis stabilization and intensive therapeutic services (individual, group therapy, assessments) for foster care youth, ages 5-17. The Jackson Rapid Intervention Center is an intensive clinical program that is fast-paced and crisis-driven. Candidates should be comfortable with implementing a variety of therapeutic modalities. Licensed, Master’s Degree in Social Work or licensed in related human service field with social work experience required.
Position Qualifications: Licensed, Master’s Degree in Social Work or related human service field with social work experience. Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to utilize skills to carry out social work responsibilities as well as ability to supervise all childcare staff and childcare treatment programs. Driver’s license. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks. Documented proficiency in basic Social Work training areas.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 10am-6pm; one weekly rotating late night shift of 11am-7pm
