We are hiring reliable, motivated workers for Assembly, Machine Operation, Inspection, and Packaging roles. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay growth and long-term potential.

3rd Shift – Immediate Opening
1st and 2nd shifts may become available

Pay raise at 90 days – earning over $22/hr

Position Responsibilities
Operate various types of machinery
Set up, adjust, and maintain machines for optimal performance
Assemble components and products following technical specifications and blueprints
Perform routine maintenance and minor machine repairs
Inspect finished products and components for quality standards
Troubleshoot basic machine and process issues
Follow all safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Requirements
Excellent attendance and reliability are required
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Mechanical aptitude is a plus
High School Diploma or GED (or transcripts available to present)
Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment
