Temporary Fulltime position from 3/3/2026 to 12/31/2026 48 Hours/week 13.03/ hour US worker H-2A Adverse Housing Compensation Adjustment -$1.80 -- Wage for H-2A workers provided housing is $11.23 Total workers needed: 24 over 2 staggered start dates. Staggered arrival dates: Group 1: 12 workers on or about 3-3-26 Group 2: 12 workers on or about 5-1-26 Duration of employment: 3-3-26 to 12-31-26 Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties related to the production of cattle, wheat, barley, alfalfa/ grass hay, and oil-seeds for the majority of the workdays in the overall contract period, commensurate with the duties encompassed within the five SOC Codes comprising the field and livestock workers (combined) category. General Farm Work will include the following responsibilities: operate a John Deere tractor equipped with Auto Trac, a GPS guidance system & set up/calibrate Auto Trac; daily maintenance/adjusting/repairing of equipment; drive, attach, operate and prepare farm implements/tractors/equipment to till soil, plant, cultivate, fertilize and harvest crops; use grinders/drills/air drivers/ratchets/chisels/saws/metric & SAE nuts/bolts/wrenches, power washer/hoes/weed eater and hand tools; may mix and/or spray chemicals (according to appropriate restrictive use laws, when/if applicable); remove undesirable and excess growth from farm grounds; remove rocks from field; paint, caulk, stain and power wash farm structures; maintain/repair fencing; concrete repair for feedlot and ranch buildings; perform general clean-up of farm areas including minor roof (asphalt/steel) repair, bush/tree/lawn/weed trimming; drive, load/unload farm/Ag exempt, non CDL 10-wheel trucks on, or between, farm worksites; set up air ducts/fans in grain bins, secure door, unload trucks to belt conveyors/augers to fill grain bins; operate motor bike or all-terrain vehicle in the course of performing duties; workers possessing the proper licensure may be asked to transport other farm workers.
