Job Title: Maintenance Technician-7AM-7PM | 12 hour day shift | 2-2-3 schedule
Location: Dickson, Tennessee
Pay Range: $35-$36/HR | Contract to Hire
What's the Job?
Perform repair and maintenance of all equipment and machinery to ensure optimal operation.
Conduct inspections, testing, and adjustments of plant systems, equipment, and machinery.
Respond promptly to safety and emergency calls, performing all tasks requested by management.
Assist in preventative maintenance and repairs of buildings, grounds, and machinery.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) exercises.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Successful completion of relevant skills assessments.
Availability for short-notice overtime, including weekends.
Ability to read hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, electronic schematics, and ladder diagrams.
Experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding tasks preferred.
