Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Commercial Cleaning Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining commercial facilities, including offices, retail spaces, and industrial buildings, to ensure a sanitary and professional environment for all occupants and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in commercial spaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and high-touch areas
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste according to company and regulatory standards
• Replenish supplies in restrooms and common areas.
• Operate commercial cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers, buffers, and carpet cleaners.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and in accordance with OSHA regulations.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests or spill emergencies.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or inventory shortages to supervisors
• Maintain cleaning checklists and logs for assigned areas.
• Follow all safety and security procedures while working on client premises.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication skills
• Physical stamina to handle cleaning duties, including lifting, standing, and bending for extended periods
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed

Work Environment:

• Commercial buildings, including offices, retail stores, and industrial spaces
• Use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
• May require travel between job sites
