We are seeking a Full-Time experienced cook with flexible availability.
✅ Must be available weekends and holidays.
What You’ll Do
As an Experienced Line Cook, you are a key player on our kitchen team. You’ll:
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes following recipes, presentation standards, and Hyatt brand expectations
Set up and break down the restaurant line efficiently and accurately
Stock, organize, and maintain assigned stations
Maintain proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures in accordance with the Health Department and hotel policies
Keep your work environment clean, safe, and organized at all times
Communicate clearly and professionally with your team
Learn and master new stations quickly
Demonstrate initiative, reliability, and passion for continuous culinary growth
Strive toward the next level of cook by consistently delivering quality and demonstrating pride in your craft
This is not an entry-level role, we are looking for seasoned culinary professionals ready to contribute and grow.
Qualifications:
How Do You Know if This Job Is for You?
You’re a great fit if you:
Have 2 years of culinary experience (culinary degree or hotel experience preferred)
Communicate clearly and professionally
Are confident in basic and intermediate cooking techniques
Bring a productive, positive, and professional attitude to every shift
Can train on and work any station and support multiple hot-line areas
Maintain strong attention to detail, responsibility, and pride in your craft
Work well with both coworkers and guests
Have the physical stamina to stand for an entire shift and lift/push/pull moderate weights
