Production Team Member- DEVENS, MA (FULL-TIME: \$21.76?\$29.02/HR) Forklift, \"Production Team Member\" Opportunity Summary: - Perform production tasks in a high-volume paper & packaging plant: machine and material set-up, quality checks, workspace maintenance, and operating powered equipment. - Learn safety, quality and production procedures; training starts on dayshift regardless of assigned shift. - Opportunity for tuition reimbursement for college or trade school. Pay: - Starting pay: \$21.76/hr (increase after 90-day probation). - Salary range: \$21.76-\$29.02/hr (depends on role, level, location). Shift & Schedule: - 1st shift: 5:00 AM-1:00 PM (training on dayshift). - Must be willing to work any shift; daily overtime and weekend work required as needed.
