Responsibilities
Directs and coordinates Gilbane's trade contractors and their sub-contractors, to ensure high-quality work that meets the approved project schedule Supervises and develops the project team Manages the project budget for general conditions and Next 150/Site Services Develops, documents, and communicates the work plan regarding changes made in the field Leads site walks with the owner, architect/engineer, and financial institutions to show construction progress Maintains a thorough understanding of contract documents in order to coordinate trades, plan ahead, and proact
