How you create impact
As a Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the trusted point of contact for our clients by communicating clearly, solving problems creatively, and collaborating across departments to deliver exceptional service. In this role, you’ll help drive customer satisfaction, streamline processes, and keep operations running smoothly.
Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their accounts, products, and services.
Handle escalated customer issues with tact and diplomacy to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including sales, operations, marketing, and technical support, to address customer issues and enhance the customer experience.
Document customer interactions and issues accurately in the customer service management system.
What we would like you to bring
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact concisely and empathetically with customers from diverse industries and backgrounds
Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and find solutions to customer issues
Empathy and a customer focused mindset, with the ability to put yourself in the customer's shoes and provide exceptional service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with customer service management systems and basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel)
Financial acumen, familiarity with concepts and terms such as payables, profit and loss, revenue, etc
Knowledge in sea freight as well as KN products and systems, such as Customer myKN, KN Login/ESP, CoreLOG
