Overview
The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Hyper-Scale Project Manager, Prefabrication, Preassembly, Modularization & Fabrication (PPMOF) who will lead and manage large-scale and complex construction projects, and the end-to-end lifecycle of modular components-from Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) to final site integration. They are responsible for ensuring that offsite assemblies (MEP racks, skid-mounted equipment, or volumetric modules) are built to millimetric precision, transported safely, and installed with minimal "on-site" labor. The Project Manager is responsible for assembling project delivery teams with the requisite qualifications and experience and working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful initiation, planning, construction, and closure of projects.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities
Developing comprehensive construction plans, defining scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with organizational objectives
Identify "stick-built" elements that can be converted into modular assemblies to improve safety and schedule
Lead 3D coordination meetings to ensure all prefab components have "clash-free" zones and standardized connection points. Develop a library of repeatable "skids" or "kits" to reduce engineering time on future projects
Manage the factory "takt time" to ensure a steady flow of finished goods that matches the site's consumption rate
Coordinate with specialized vendors for long-lead items (e.g., electrical switchgear, mechanical equipment) to ensure they arrive at the factory in time for assembly
Rigging & Transport: Develop detailed logistics plans, including permits for oversized loads and specialized crane picks
Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, clients, and vendors, to ensure alignment and address any concerns
Performance Monitoring: Tracking project progress through metrics and reporting, adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing requirements or challenges
Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all deliverables meet the required quality standards and compliance regulations
Innovation and Improvement: Continuously seeking ways to optimize processes and improve project outcomes through innovative technologies or methodologies
Client Responsibility: The Project Manager will support client new work efforts, oversee hiring initiatives, ensure safety, budget, quality, schedule, and profitability performance. Overall, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of projects that drive significant growth and innovation within the organization and serve our client's needs
Qualifications
To qualify for the role, you must have
A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Project Management, Business Administration, or other technical discipline and approximately fifteen (15) + of related work experience
