ManpowerGroup Production Supervisor in Detroit, Michigan
Our client, a manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Manufacturing and Operations teams . The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills , attention to detail , and problem‑solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Detroit, MI
Pay Range: $25 - $29 H/r
What’s the Job?
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production and operating workers
Recommend and implement improvements to production methods, quality, and efficiency
Review operations and collaborate with technical and administrative teams to resolve issues
Develop and maintain production tracking and quality control systems
Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records
What’s Needed?
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred
2–4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and workflow optimization
Familiarity with machines, tools, and equipment operation and maintenance
Ability to manage teams, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues effectively
