Stellher Human Services is seeking a Coordinator to lead the daily operations of Willow Tree, our Adult Crisis Stabilization Program. Willow Tree serves clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This leadership role combines program oversight, staff supervision, community collaboration, and direct crisis support to ensure high-quality, client-centered care. This position may also serve as a backup on-call crisis practitioner to support program coverage and continuity of care. __ Position Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day program operations and service delivery Develop staff schedules and coordinate on-call coverage Approve timecards and supervise assigned staff Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management Provide billing oversight to ensure accurate documentation and timely billing Complete required grant tracking and reporting Monitor program data and support continuous quality improvement Build and maintain strong community referral relationships Provide direct crisis intervention, assessment, care planning, and referral coordination as needed Serve as backup on-call crisis practitioner when scheduled or when coverage gaps arise Ensure compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting laws, and organizational policies
