Job Title: Project Manager I
Location: Des Plaines, IL
100% Onsite / 7 Months Contract
Pay Range: $45 to 50/hr
Responsibilities:-
Support regulatory operations by managing submission project plans and deliverables
Work closely with product teams to ensure alignment on submission timelines and requirements
Understand regulatory submission processes, requirements, and global guidelines
Assist in preparing and submitting documentation for product registration worldwide
Monitor progress and ensure all responsible parties meet deadlines and expectations
Provide transparency on risks/issues and drive resolution to avoid delays
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and business processes
Required Qualifications:-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, or related field
1–6 years of experience in project management, regulatory operations, or related roles
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
