Cognizant Workfront Developer in Des Moines, Iowa

About the role

Join our team as a Workfront Developer, where you’ll design and optimize automation solutions that streamline workflows and strengthen system integrations. In this hybrid role, you’ll build connections between Adobe Workfront and third‑party platforms, enhance data accuracy, and improve operational efficiency through scalable, well‑designed automation.

In this role, you will:

· Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end automation solutions using Workfront Fusion to support business and operational workflows.

· Build and manage integrations between Adobe Workfront and third‑party systems to enable seamless data exchange.

· Leverage REST and SOAP APIs to connect systems, ensuring accurate data mapping, validation, and integrity.

· Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable, optimized solutions.

· Troubleshoot, debug, monitor, and optimize active integrations to ensure reliability, performance, and availability.

· Create and maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer and training to administrators and stakeholders on implemented integrations.

Work model: Remote

What you need to have to be considered

· Workfront Certifications (Fusion and/or Core preferred)

· 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront, including configuration and administration

· Minimum of two end-to-end Workfront implementation experiences, preferably in enterprise environments

· Strong Analyst/Developer skill set, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and automation

The annual salary for this position is between $112.500 – $132.000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
