Application Development & Maintenance performs configuration or coding to develop, enhance and sustain the organization's software systems in a cross-functional team environment through adherence to established design control processes and good engineering practices. This job family programs and configures end user applications, systems, databases and websites to achieve the organization's internal needs and externally-facing business needs. Application Development & Maintenance partners with business leaders, investigates user needs and conducts regular assessments, maintenance and enhancements of existing applications.

The scope of this role is to provide subject matter expertise as part of the Master Data Management organization within Cardinal Health’s Pharmaceutical Segment.
Responsibilities
Design, configure, and support SAP Master Data solutions across Customer, Supplier, Product, and Business Partner domains, including Contacts, BP Relationships, Workflow, and Consolidation applications within SAP Fiori.
Lead requirements gathering and designs the solution in business processes for SAP Master Data Management
Provide advanced production support and drive continuous improvements through enhancements
Lead and guide level 1 teams during service interruptions in Master Data Applications
Supporting ServiceNow for Incident Management and handling incidents at level 2
Prepare and deliver customer workshops and demonstrations of solutions based on solution design requirements
Define and outline configuration requirements and support transactional steps for SAP MDM
Implement Master data principles & best practices
Implement SAP standards and MDMD solutions across various business functions
Configure and support SAP Master Data components, including CVI Mapping, Customer, Material, and Supplier
Leads functional integrations with business users documenting requirements & functional specifications
Qualifications
8-12 years of experience, preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
Expertise in the implementation of SAP MDM solutions for master data domains such as Customer, Vendor, and Material in large-scale projects.
3PL Business, Supply Chain, Pharmaceutical Experience is a plus.
Good understanding of 3PL business model; Integrations with WMS, GTS, or ASAPIO.
Experience in integrating SAP Master Data with SAP and Non-SAP Application. Especially WMS and GTS.
Strong understanding of third-party interfaces like KAFKA/ASAPIO and data conversion processes.
Working Knowledge on all Inbound and outbound Idoc types for Customer, Supplier, Material, Business Partner etc.
Proven experience in aligning business process requirements with the technical implementation of SAP Master Data
Expert-level SAP functional configuration experience in Material, Customer, and Supplier master data, Including CVI configuration.
Experience with BRF+ (Business Rule Framework plus), including building rule-based workflow services.
SAP MDG certifications are a plus.
Good written & verbal communication skills
Cross functional expertise; ability to navigate cross functional requirements
Experience in FIORI, BRFs, and workflow enhancements for master data elements like business partners, material master, and supplier master.

Anticipated salary range: $123,400 - $176,300
