Job Title: Repacker Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Repacker to join our dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have experience in order selection and using an RF scanner, as well as basic math skills to ensure accurate inventory management.

Responsibilities

  • Repack loose items efficiently and accurately.

  • Complete paperwork for inventory control purposes.

  • Ensure all products are properly stacked and rotated when returning inventory.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

  • Read and understand product codes to ensure accurate repacking.

  • Represent the company in a professional manner.

Essential Skills

  • 1+ years of warehouse experience.

  • Proficiency in using a pallet jack, RF scanner, and forklift.

  • Ability to speak and understand English fluently.

  • Capability to lift 40 lbs repeatedly.

  • Basic computer skills, including Outlook email experience or the ability to learn quickly.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous forklift or pallet jack experience is preferred.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as restaurant or food service, is advantageous.

Work Environment

Work in a large, mostly climate-controlled warehouse divided into three sections: the main warehouse (60 degrees), the keg room (0 degrees), and the craft room (40 degrees). Most of your time will be spent in the main warehouse. Be prepared for warm or cold temperatures on the docks, especially during the summer. The 1st shift runs Monday to Friday, from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with regular overtime. Dress appropriately for mild temperatures with a hoodie or jacket.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of DES MOINES, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
