Hiring Commercial or Residential Electricians
*Location: Des Moines
*Schedule: 7am - 4pm / Monday - Friday
*Job Overview: Looking to expand the team of Electricians for multiple commercial and residential projects scheduled for the next couple of years. Responsibilities include reading technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics, and utilizing hand tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment. High integrity, professionalism, and a willingness to learn are essential.
*Responsibilities
Install and repair electrical systems.
Follow electrical code manuals and guidelines.
Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Use hand tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment effectively.
Provide reliable transportation and maintain punctuality.
*Essential Skills
2+ years of Electrical Experience preferred.
Experience with hand tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment.
Ability to follow electrical code manuals.
Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Basic math and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
*Qualifications
High standard of integrity and professionalism.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to lift 35-50 lbs consistently.
Comfortable climbing ladders and using lifts up to 30 feet.
Must have basic hand tools and pouch.

*Work Environment: This is a fully on-site position located in Des Moines, Iowa. Work hours are Monday to Friday, starting at the shop at 6:30 am until the job is done, typically lasting 8-9 hours. Punctuality is highly valued. The dress code includes jeans without holes, professional t-shirts, and work boots. PPE is provided. All projects are local to the DSM metro area.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Des Moines, IA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $26.00/hr.
