Keurig Dr Pepper Business Transformation Manager in Des Moines, Iowa
Job Overview:
The Operations Initiatives Manager will partner with the business and routing SMEs to create, balance, and deliver optimized merchandiser route plans throughout DSD. Typical multi-week engagements will apply service time modeling, lean methodologies, and business knowledge to translate true workload into balanced routes and schedules. In addition, this position will support merchandising project work as required including, but not limited to initiatives around CPH improvements, staffing/span of control, service and execution, and reporting and analytical advancements. This is a highly visible role with significant exposure to senior leadership on a regular basis. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated leadership skills, related business experience, the ability to think strategically across a broad range of topics, and be motivated to drive value through change.
This position may be based anywhere in the United States and supports teams nationwide. Proximity to a major airport is preferred due to 50% travel requirements.
POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Duties include delivering value capture through optimized route plans, project management, and cross functional collaboration
Developing and maintaining relationships within the core working team and throughout the KDP network
Utilizing Excel proficiently to model merchandiser route scenarios
Applying fact-based analytical decision making
Driving culture change through a focus on people, within all levels, from shop floor to management, and having a true desire to make a difference in everyone you encounter
Supporting merchandising transformation related project work as required
Solving process gaps or inefficiencies through a root cause mindset
Focusing on project management and results to hit timeline and objectives at scale
Ability to travel a MINIMUM of 50% within the US and North America is an expectation of this job

Total Rewards:
$86,000- $110,000 / year
Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university and/or 5 years’ work experience in a similar role in the company
Ability to travel for a full week at a time and up to 50% as needed for the project
Ability to effectively use Microsoft office suite of tools (heavy emphasis on EXCEL and Power Point)
3 years of experience working in a Direct Store Delivery network preferred
Merchandising leadership experience is a plus
