Position Summary

The MarCom Coordinator supports the execution, coordination, and consistent application of Planetree’s marketing and communications activities across digital platforms, publications, and events.

This role ensures high-quality visual and written outputs, supports campaign execution, and maintains consistency of the Planetree brand across all touchpoints. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Communications Manager, the MarCom Coordinator plays a key role in delivering marketing initiatives that support Planetree’s global programs, certification efforts, and events.

The position is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, mission-driven environment and contributing to the advancement of person-centered care worldwide.

Responsibilities

Marketing & Communications Execution

  • Support the translation of marketing strategy into actionable plans

  • Execute campaigns related to programs, certifications, and events

  • Ensure communication consistency across all channels

  • Coordinate campaign deliverables and timelines with internal teams

Brand Management and Standardization

  • Apply and maintain visual identity standards across all materials

  • Support the development and evolution of brand guidelines

  • Standardize corporate presentations and templates

  • Ensure global visual and narrative consistency across deliverables

Creative Production

  • Design and produce corporate visual assets

  • Create visual content for social media, newsletters, and digital platforms

  • Produce and support visual assets for international events

  • Develop brochures, fact sheets, strategic documents, and promotional tools

  • Create visual assets for sales teams and internal communications

Social Media and Digital Communications

  • Support the execution of the editorial and content strategy

  • Maintain the publishing calendar and assist with monthly planning

  • Coordinate content inputs across departments

  • Create, schedule, and publish content

  • Track performance metrics and support reporting

  • Support optimization of reach, engagement, and platform growth

Event Marketing

  • Support the development and execution of promotional activities for forums and programs

  • Design and produce event-related visual assets

  • Ensure a cohesive brand experience before, during, and after events

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Serve as a key point of contact for marketing and brand-related requests

  • Support the structure and continuous improvement of marketing processes

  • Coordinate multiple projects and timelines simultaneously

  • Maintain a high standard of quality and consistency across all deliverables

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $75,00 to $95,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
