Machine Operator | Second Shift (Monday- Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)

As a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in our production process, setting up, operating, and monitoring wire stranding and bunching equipment. You'll help keep our machines running safely and efficiently, perform routine maintenance, and carry out quality checks to ensure we meet our high production standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and operate equipment associated with wire drawing machines and PVC extrusion lines
• Diagnose and fix issues with wire drawing and extrusion equipment
• Perform regular preventative maintenance procedures and keep accurate records
• Work closely with production teams to schedule maintenance and equipment repairs
• Assist with safety inspections and maintain operating certificates
• Identify equipment failures, determine causes, and implement corrective actions
• Log wire breaks and production data, perform QA tests, and maintain spare parts inventory

Requirements

• High school diploma - post high school training preferred
• Ability to read and interpret routine instructions
• 2-5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• Excellent attendance is essential - we work as a team, and reliability is key to keeping operations running smoothly
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to understand complex instructions
• Thorough understanding of safety precautions and occupational hazards

• Schedule: 2nd Shift -- Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM -- 11:30 PM (overtime based on business need)
• Work Location: On-site, Denver, PA
