Job Responsibilities
Operate and monitor coating equipment.
Prepare and handle parts before and after coating.
Perform visual and basic measurement-based quality checks.
Follow process instructions and safety protocols.
Assist with troubleshooting equipment or process issues.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
Support overall production flow and team efficiency.
Essential Skills
Experience in a manufacturing or hands-on technical environment.
Mechanical aptitude.
Attention to detail.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious.
Willingness to learn and be trained on specialized coating processes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
