Aerotek Warehouse/ Forklift Operator in Denver, Colorado
We are seeking experienced, certified Forklift Operators to support warehouse and production operations within a fast‑paced, FDA‑regulated manufacturing environment. This is a 12‑week assignment with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
Location: Aurora, CO
Pay & Shifts: $35.65/hour + shift differentials
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (+$1.00/hr)
3rd Shift: 10:00PM- 6:00AM (+$1.50/hr)
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials
Utilize RF scanners, paperwork, and iPads to complete daily tasks
Inspect materials and loads for damage or discrepancies
Transport finished goods to designated warehouse locations
Follow FIFO inventory procedures
Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance needs
Build mixed‑product pallets as required
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Valid forklift certification with 1–3 years of experience
Experience using RF scanners
Experience loading and unloading trailers
Ability to work efficiently in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
GMP or food and beverage manufacturing experience, but not required
Sit‑down and/or stand‑up forklift experience
Military or material‑handling experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.65 - $37.15/hr.
