Creative Circle, LLC UI/UX Design Lead in Denver, Colorado
Our Homebuilder client is looking for a UI/UX Lead to drive user experience, visual design, and interface quality across a portfolio of homebuilder brand websites. This role blends UX strategy, UI design, product thinking, and data-driven optimization ideal for a designer who can move seamlessly between research, problem definition, concepting, prototyping, and production design.
This role will be starting early January and will be 40 hours/week. Ideally this role will be through 2026.
*This person needs to be located in PST or MST time zones. There is a preference to candidates in or willing to relocate to Denver, CO but not mandatory. *
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of UX designers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Conduct user research to gather insights and feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs to communicate design concepts.
- Develop and implement user-centered design processes and methodologies.
- Collaborate with product management and development teams to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with technical constraints.
- Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and gather user feedback.
- Establish and maintain information architecture and visual design standards.
- Drive the adoption of design thinking and agile methodologies within the team.
- Present design concepts and processes to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
- Proficiency in user research methods, prototyping, and wireframing tools.
- Experience with interaction design, usability testing, and information architecture.
- Strong visual design skills and familiarity with design systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of front-end development languages including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with responsive design principles and practices.
- Partners closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Content teams
