Traffic and Operations Manager

Position Overview

The Traffic and Operations Manager will oversee the coordination of traffic flow and operational processes within the organization. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily traffic operations and manage workflow processes to optimize efficiency.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns.
• Manage stakeholder communications to keep all parties informed about project statuses and updates.
• Utilize project management tools to track progress and manage resources effectively.
• Analyze traffic data and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of progressive experience in project and/or account management, preferably within a creative agency or marketing organization.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Airtable or similar project management software.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
