Senior Vice President, Compliance

Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
401(k) retirement plan
Paid time off and holidays
Employee assistance programs and wellness initiatives
Flexible options to support a balanced life

Lead compliance monitoring, audit readiness, and risk mitigation across multiple states
Translate home care and home health regulations into clear, practical guidance for operational teams
Drive compliance visibility and engagement throughout field operations, including travel to key markets
Partner cross-functionally with clinical, operations, HR, and legal leaders to embed compliant decision-making
Lead investigations and oversee corrective action planning
Advise executive leadership and the Board on compliance risk, program effectiveness, and emerging regulatory trends
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or Juris Doctor strongly preferred
Compliance certification such as CHC, CHPC, or equivalent preferred
10+ years of senior compliance leadership experience in a multi-site healthcare organization
Strong understanding of home care, home health, PACE, or similarly regulated community-based care models
Demonstrated experience managing audits and multi-state regulatory complexity
Proven ability to influence without authority and operate effectively in matrixed, fast-moving environments
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage both field teams and executive stakeholders
Executive presence and Board-level communication experience
Strategic thinker who is comfortable “getting into the weeds” when necessary

We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
