Stanley Consultants Structural Section Manager in Denver, Colorado
- Responsible for daily coordination and supervision of assigned members.
- Assigns and coordinates project priorities, workload planning, staffing schedules and assignments.
- Coordinates and monitors direct/indirect labor utilization among section staff members. Ensures that resource loading calendars are completed on a timely basis for the section.
- Responsible for quality control of work produced by the section. Oversees that staff execute to standards, procedures and policies established by the organization.
- Provides input to Department Manager on hiring, salaries, promotion, transfer, demotion and termination of section members.
- Assists with staff development within the section. Recommends to Department Manager opportunities for section members to participate in training and career development activities.
- Supports the Department Manager in monitoring the financial key performance indicators for the section including utilization and project performance
- Work with project managers and senior section members to support business development and marketing activities.
- Ensures that project assignments for the section are completed on schedule and within budget parameters.
- Contributes to project work involving the design of substation steel structures and foundations for substations and transmission lines.
- Determines client requirements and develop reports, specifications, drawings, instructions, and related documents.
- Performs other functions delegated by the Department Manager.

``` - Bachelor of Science in engineering from an accredited college or university - Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in discipline - PE required
