We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Operations Lead to work directly with the Division President of our Global Industrials Sector. This role will serve as a strategic partner, helping to drive operational excellence, streamline communication, and support the execution of key initiatives across the division. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, analytical thinker with strong leadership skills, have the ability to navigate complex organizational structures, and a proven track record of working effectively across diverse global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the Division President to develop and implement strategic plans
Oversee the execution of key initiatives and ensure alignment with divisional goals
Drive operational excellence by translating strategic plans into actionable tactics
Monitor progress on strategic objectives and provide regular updates to leadership
Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and drive efficiencies
Develop and implement systems to enhance productivity across the division
Manage cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery of outcomes
Communication and Liaison: Act as a liaison between the Division President and other key stakeholders
Represent the Division President in executive-level meetings, negotiations, and strategic discussions with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistent messaging and decision-making alignment
Facilitate effective communication across teams and departments, working closely with the division communications lead
Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and reports
Decision Support:
Analyze complex data and provide insights to support decision-making
Conduct research on industry trends and competitive landscape
Prepare briefing materials for the Division President on critical issues
Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Represent the Division President in meetings and forums as needed
Collaborate with division finance lead and other key leadership for budget planning and resource allocation.
Ensure efficient use of resources and identify cost-saving opportunities
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans
Support the Division President in managing unexpected challenges or emergencies
Lead change management initiatives across the division
Develop strategies to overcome resistance and ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes
Drive innovation initiatives within the division
Ensure divisional operations comply with company policies and procedures
Support the development and implementation of governance frameworks

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in business operations, management consulting, or related fields
Strong understanding of the industrials sector and relevant market dynamics
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
Proven track record of leading complex projects and driving results
Ability to work effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams
High l vel of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software
Travel Requirements: Minimal; occurrences to be mutually agreed upon

Estimated total compensation for this position:
88,000.00 - 176,000.00 USD per year
The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
