In this role, you'll be working directly with a Slalom Program Lead.
What You'll Do
- Oversee planning, execution, and finalization of multiple network infrastructure projects
- Manage the deployment of network infrastructure
- Work across various teams including construction, engineering, operations, and vendors
- Ensure quality assurance of delivered product
- Produce weekly/monthly reports
- Understand the client's business challenges to help craft effective solutions that address the needs of our clients to achieve their desired outcomes
- Proactively identify risks and anticipated points of resistance; help develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns
- Work on projects independently and participate as a team member
- Work closely with technical and non-technical teams, coordinating resources and managing risks to ensure smooth project execution
- Develop relationships and build trust
- Travel 2-3 times per month to client locations outside of Colorado
- Meet client onsite requirements (reporting to client site up to 5 days per week)
What You'll Bring
- 4+ years of experience in program/project management specifically for network infrastructure projects
- Physical infrastructure experience
- Experience working with construction teams
- Ability to go onsite to local office several times per week
- The ability to hit the ground running as a Technical Program Manager
- Must be able to work independently
- Classic program/project management skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop relationships
- The ability to be a natural business partner and trusted advisor
- A strong sense of urgency, committed to business context and outcomes/value delivered
- Consulting experience preferred

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the hourly pay range is $70/hr-$85/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The ourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
