Insight Global Senior Software Engineer I - DSP in Denver, Colorado
Job Description
A client of Insight Global's is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to support the development and evolution of our Demand Side Platform (DSP) and the web platforms that power it. In this role, you will work across both frontend and backend systems, with a primary focus on backend development, to build scalable, event‑driven solutions that support high‑performance advertising technology. You’ll collaborate closely with product and engineering partners in a fast‑paced, startup‑style environment, contributing to system design, architecture decisions, and hands‑on development within a modern, cloud‑native technology stack.
This role is onsite 4x a week in Denver
Pay for this position is $135,000 to $162,000 Annually

Skills and Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with an approximate 80/20 backend‑to‑frontend focus.
Strong frontend experience using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Backend development experience using Golang.
Experience designing and architecting scalable systems, with a solid understanding of backend architecture fundamentals.
Hands‑on experience with event‑driven architectures, including Kafka or similar messaging systems.
Background working in startup or startup‑like environments, with the ability to move quickly, take ownership, and adapt to evolving requirements.
