Davita Senior Software Developer, Applications (Angular) in Denver, Colorado
Serve as Subject Matter Expert on Angular. Work on Angular application development programs as Lead Developer. Conduct daily sync up with developers, quality assurance and project members in the team. Meet with Developer Team to address coding challenges and define strategies to fulfill the team objectives. Meet with other software developer team members to analyze, evaluate, and complement user requirements for the application to meet end-client specifications. Meet with other software developers to understand various process plans, business processes, and functionality in detail for converting them to effective business design. Update documentation to track down decisions made, challenges found, and solutions provided during the AGILE development process through JIRA and Confluence tools. Work on Angular application development projects. Perform enhancement and maintenance of existing Angular applications. Implement user requirements for the application to meet end-client specifications. Apply user interface development using HTML, TypeScript, JavaScript, SCSS, Angular, RxJs. Perform component service, interceptor, guard, pipe, directive development through Angular framework. Responsible for development and maintenance of applications that require state management through NGXS. Responsible for development and maintenance of applications that require authorization and authorization process implementation through NGX Permissions and Keycloak. Responsible for implementation and customization of component third party libraries like Angular Material, NgPrime, and Bootstrap. Analyze the business requirements, functional specifications and use cases to determine best approach to follow. Conduct bug troubleshooting. Perform Angular unit testing through Jest and Spectator and integration testing through Cypress to ensure that the code meets industry high quality standards, Perform application architecture and design. Conduct peer code reviews to meet high quality standards within the company. Perform mentorship. Monitor code quality with tools like Sonarqube and code linters like ESLint to proactively tackle down code smells that hinder the code quality of the product. Identify tech debt from older implementations to document and plan accordingly with other developer leads to troubleshoot it. Identify issues or potential issues within the application. Provide User Interface high performance solutions with best practices in mind. Perform various tasks as part of the Lean Agile Committee of Excellence. Job located in Denver, CO and any unanticipated locations throughout the US. $120,536 to $142,314/year.
Requirements: Minimum of a bachelor's degree or foreign degree equivalent in computer science, computer system engineering or closely related field of study and three years of experience in job offered or performing similar duties working with Angular. Experience can have been obtained with DaVita and/or other sources.
