A-1 Chipseal Company dba Rocky Mountain Pavement seeks,
24 Roadway and Parking Lot Maintenance Equipment Operators ---- needed for permanent, full-time employment.
Job Duties: Operate equipment including chip spreader, parking lot striper, mill, mini-excavators, asphalt rollers, asphalt pavers, mechanical brooms, grading blades, and cimline crack sealing machines, used for applying concrete, asphalt, striping, slurry seal, chip seal, crack seal, seal to coat to roadways and parking lots, and for tamping gravel, dirt, or other materials for construction projects year-round. Fill equipment with materials, including aggregate, dirt, road base; maintain constant flow of materials; grade, clear and level sites for construction; drive equipment on and off trailer; lubricate, clean and repair machines and equipment using tools including wrenches, screwdrivers, ratchets, and drills; and keep equipment clean and maintain equipment storage. During the Winter months, plow/blow/shovel snow from properties, roadways and driveways by using a skid steer with snow attachment, walk-behind snow blower and/or shovel, front end loaders, and utility vehicles; spread salt on walkways and driveways; apply liquid de-icer pretreatments and ice slicer; lubricate, clean and repair machines and equipment using tools including, wrenches, screwdrivers, ratchets, and drills; and keep equipment clean and maintain equipment storage.
The employer will provide on-the-job training. The employer will provide all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job at no charge.?
Requirements: Pre-employment drug testing and post-accident/suspicion/return-to-duty testing, when applicable, paid for by employer and applied equally to all employees, foreign and domestic. Various Worksites: Employer will provide daily transportation to and from the worksite/centralized location to job sites in Weld, Adams, Arapahoe, Broomfield, Clear Creek, Douglas, Gilpin, Elbert, Jefferson, Denver, El Paso, and Park counties.
Wages/Terms: $27.96 /hr., and $41.94/hr. for
OT. 40 hours per week.
