Job Description:
Provides nursing care and guidance to patients from initial contact through the continuum of care.
Guides patients on treatment plans, next steps in appointments, and assists with scheduling follow-up appointments. T
racks outcomes of referrals and treatments, maintaining detailed records to measure program effectiveness.
Develops and implements patient education programs and tools. Provides psychosocial support, including facilitation of support groups.
Educates and facilitates patient introduction to clinical trial information, resource referrals, and counseling.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's of Nursing (Required)Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
Pay Range:
$35.04 - $65.17
