Direct Hire Solutions Quality Inspector – Precision Manufacturing in Denver, Colorado
Nexus Talent Solutions is hiring a skilled Quality Inspector to support a busy precision manufacturing environment in the Denver area. This is a hands-on role working closely with machining and production teams to ensure high-quality standards are met on every part.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections on machined and fabricated parts
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and comparators
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and tolerance requirements (GD&T)
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
- Identify nonconforming parts and support corrective actions
- Work closely with production to resolve quality issues and improve processes
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing or machining
- Strong understanding of precision measurement tools
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret tolerances
- Experience working in a fast-paced shop environment
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with ISO standards or quality systems
- Background in machining, fabrication, or welding environments
