Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Project/Program Manager to join our Traffic Operations team. This role is critical in supporting the tactical execution of advertising during live events globally. The ideal candidate will bring strong traffic operations experience, organizational skills, and a passion for sports and live event broadcasting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Traffic Operations team in building and executing ad commercial schedules for live events.
- Maintain traffic systems and ensure accurate, timely ad placement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of advertising during broadcasts and streaming events.
- Organize and maintain documentation, schedules, and system workflows.
- Provide operational oversight to ensure compliance with broadcast standards and quality assurance.
Qualifications
- 3--5 years of ad trafficking experience in broadcast, streaming, or live event environments.
- Excel proficiency required for scheduling, reporting, and data management.
- WideOrbit experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Strong organizational and system maintenance skills.
- Knowledge of broadcast or streaming platform operations highly preferred.
- Demonstrated passion and understanding of sports and live event environments.
