ROLINC Staffing, LLC Production Operator in Denver, Colorado
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will help keep our production running smoothly by operating and maintaining equipment, ensuring top-quality results, and following safety guidelines.
Pay: $21- $22/hr DOE and shift
Shift: 1st (6 am- 2:30 pm) and 2nd shift (2 pm- 10:30 pm)

Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain various manufacturing equipment including CNC mills, lathes, stamping and flexo presses, and press brakes.
- Set up, program, and calibrate machines using blueprints, GD&T, and CAD drawings to meet precise specifications.
- Inspect parts using tools like calipers and micrometers to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and perform light maintenance on machinery, including Fanuc and PLC systems.
- Safely handle materials, assist with loading/unloading, and support fabrication, assembly, and welding tasks.
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace and accurately document production activities.
- Collaborate with team members on CAD/CAM improvements and continuous improvement projects.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with CNC programming and machining, plus knowledge of stamping, welding, and fabrication.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and applying GD&T principles.
- Familiar with Fanuc controls, PLCs, and precision measuring tools.
- Forklift operation experience (certification preferred).
- Basic math and mechanical aptitude; SolidWorks or similar CAD knowledge is a plus.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and commitment to quality and safety.
