Machine Operator / Production Worker

Be part of a well‑established production facility specializing in stainless steel band clamps used throughout the oil and gas industry. This Denver‑based operation handles manufacturing from raw material to finished product, offering a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment.
Pay & Schedule
Pay: $21.00–$21.50 per hour (depending on shift)
Available Shifts:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Sunday-Thursday)
What You’ll Do
Operate and monitor clamp production machinery (occasionally two machines at once)
Perform routine quality checks and make minor mechanical adjustments
Package, label, and prepare completed products for shipment
Select and prepare tools, parts, and materials needed for daily production
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 6 months of machine operation experience
Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
Work Environment
Loud but clean steel manufacturing setting
Requires standing for long periods
Steel‑toed shoes are required

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
