Aerotek Production Machine Operator in DENVER, Colorado

Machine Operator / Production Worker

Location: Denver, CO

Be part of a well‑established production facility specializing in stainless steel band clamps used throughout the oil and gas industry. This Denver‑based operation handles manufacturing from raw material to finished product, offering a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $21.00–$21.50 per hour (depending on shift)

Available Shifts:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday–Friday)

3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Sunday-Thursday)

What You’ll Do

  • Operate and monitor clamp production machinery (occasionally two machines at once)

  • Perform routine quality checks and make minor mechanical adjustments

  • Package, label, and prepare completed products for shipment

  • Select and prepare tools, parts, and materials needed for daily production

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 6 months of machine operation experience

  • Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

Work Environment

  • Loud but clean steel manufacturing setting

  • Requires standing for long periods

  • Steel‑toed shoes are required

This is a Contract position based out of DENVER, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
