The Pre-Construction Manager

is responsible for

business development, marketing, finding, and obtaining bid opportunities. Develops

accurate

, competitive, and profitable bid proposals for a variety of complex and large projects. Calculates the cost of electrical construction based on reviewing and evaluating available documents,

strong relationships with clients,

vendors

and subcontractors. Sets goals for the marketplace and forecasts market conditions. Ensures that the company's best interests are represented including regional workforce stability, regional profitability, and cost control.

USD $120,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr.
