CTG Oracle Fusion Techno Functional Procurement P2P Lead in Denver, Colorado
CTG is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion P2P Lead to drive end-to-end Procurement transformation initiatives. You will serve as the techno-functional expert for Oracle Fusion Procurement, leading workshops, designing solutions, overseeing integrations, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical outcomes.
Location: Denver, CO or Atlanta, GA preferred but open to other US locations in East or Central time zones (if not onsite, there may be some travel to client site 1–2 times per month)
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Oracle Fusion Procurement (P2P) design, configuration, and delivery for large-scale implementations.
Conduct FIT-GAP analysis, define RICEW specifications, and manage integrations with OIC and other systems.
Drive data migration, testing (SIT/UAT/regression), and hypercare activities.
Collaborate with Finance, SCM, AP, and Inventory teams to ensure seamless processes.
Mentor junior team members and maintain executive-level reporting on project progress and risks.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
15+ years Oracle ERP (EBS/Fusion), with 8+ years in Fusion Procurement (Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Supplier Portal, Sourcing, Contracts).
Techno-functional expertise: SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, REST/SOAP API integrations.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
Experience in high-volume procurement environments; Fleet/Automotive industry experience preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $61.00 to $67.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
