ManpowerGroup Mobile Maintenance Mechanic in Denver, Colorado
Our client, a leader in property management and facilities services, is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the operations team supporting multiple locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate thoroughness, attention to detail, and professionalism, which will align well with the organization's values.
Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Denver, CO
Pay Rate: $32/hr
Contract: Contract to hire - Possibility of being in a permanent role.
What's the Job?
Support operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in assigned facilities
Assist in maintenance and repair efforts, performing tasks independently as needed
Conduct inspections and repairs of interior and exterior property areas, including fixtures, roofing, lighting, and flooring
Perform general interior maintenance such as hanging pictures, repairing furniture, and minor plumbing repairs
Participate in safety procedures, maintain a clean work environment, and document work performance and materials used
What's Needed?
At least 3+ years of experience in building repair and maintenance, including basic plumbing and electrical work
Valid state driver’s license
Ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs., climb ladders up to 30 ft, and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and driving
Proficiency in using iPhones and iPads daily, with Corrigo experience being a plus
Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written
