About the Role
In this vital role, you will support the maintenance andoperation of the building systems inside a client facility. You willrepair, maintain, and continuously improve functionality of material handlingequipment (MHE) and robotic systems throughout the facility.
What You’ll Do
Solve electrical and mechanical issues relatedto all MHE, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
Install, maintain, and repair automatedpackaging and distribution equipment.
Complete and properly document preventativemaintenance routines.
Track and store department inventory.
Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
· Perform other job-related duties asneeded or assigned.
What You’ll Need
Applicants must be currently authorized to workin United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
High school diploma or general education degree(GED).
1 year of related experience and/or training.
Proficiency using computers and Microsoft OfficeSuite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Experience using powered or non-powered handtools.
Ability to solve problems and carry out generalinstructions in standard situations such as; routine maintenance, repairs,preventative measures, emergency responses, coordination, and safetycompliance.
Ability to move up to 50lbs and physicalrequirements including stooping, standing, walking, and climbing stairs /ladders with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s or higher degree from a vocationalschool or college with a focus in the mechanical or electrical field.
2+ years apprenticeship or equivalent experiencewith electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Experience with MHE safety standards inaccordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Safety standards.
Experience with a Computerized MaintenanceManagement System (CMMS).
2+ years' experience with automated conveyorsystems and controls.
2+ years' experience conducting predictive andpreventative maintenance procedures.
2+ years of blueprint and electrical schematicreading
2+ year of knowledge with electrical andelectronic principles
2+ year experience of following anddemonstrating safety standards
1+ year experience in troubleshooting anddiagnostics of MHE systems

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Mechatronics & Robotics Tech position is $65,312.00 annually [or $31.40 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Mechatronics & Robotics Tech position is $73,008.00 annually [or $35.10 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
