Mead And Hunt, Inc. Mechanical CAD/BIM Technician in Denver, Colorado
Mead & Hunt, Inc., a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has one or more positions available for a Mechanical CAD/BIM technician for our Building Engineering Group.
The successful candidate must have the following:
- Associate degree (or higher) in computer aided drafting (CAD) or related field from an accredited institution and at least 1 year of relevant experience; OR if no degree, must have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following:
- Drawing mechanical systems for building projects using Revit software
- Setting up engineering drawing sets in Revit software
- Applying design standards to engineering drawings
- Drawing, laying out, sizing, coordinating and detailing mechanical systems
- Attending project team meetings
- Coordinating with the design team
- Experience or familiarity with generative AI-driven tools, platforms, or systems (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, Chat GPT, Claude, Gemini) to enhance productivity, automate tasks, and reduce errors
- Occasional travel may be required

Salary Range: $25/HR and above - Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: experience, skill set or location.
