Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Denver, Colorado
Hiring Industrial Maintenance Technician
We’re seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our Operations Maintenance team. You’ll help keep equipment running safely and efficiently at our new, highly automated facility while also mentoring junior technicians. Your work will include maintaining material‑handling systems, repairing pneumatic equipment, and servicing automated packaging and distribution machinery.
Pay: $35.50/hour
Shifts: 1st and 3rd shifts available, 10-12 hour shifts
Job Responsibilities:
Repair and maintain material‑handling equipment, pneumatic systems, and automated conveyor systems across the facility.
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
Perform mechanical, electrical, and controls‑based repairs to support continuous operations.
Support facility start‑up, equipment commissioning, and the rollout of new automation technologies.
Mentor and guide junior maintenance technicians to build their technical skills.
Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety policies, procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications:
2+ years of Industrial Maintenance Technician experience
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and variable work areas as needed

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
