Hiring Machine Operator's
Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM $21hr
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM $21.50hr
(Monday–Friday)

We’re looking for a motivated Production Worker to join our Denver‑based manufacturing team. We specialize in producing stainless steel band clamps for the oil and gas industry , manufacturing each product from start to finish right here at our headquarters. If you enjoy hands‑on work, operating machinery, and being part of a team that takes pride in high‑quality manufacturing, this could be a great fit for you.
What You’ll Do
As a Production Worker, you’ll be involved in various stages of the manufacturing process, helping ensure efficiency and consistent quality. Your responsibilities will include:
Operating production machines that manufacture clamps, occasionally running up to two machines at once
Feeding materials into machines and performing visual quality checks throughout the process
Making minor mechanical adjustments to equipment as needed
Monitoring machines during operation and reporting defects, malfunctions, or breakdowns
Packaging and labeling finished products once processing is complete
Selecting and staging tools and parts required for daily production
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months of machine operation experience in any industry
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work independently after training

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of DENVER, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
