Aerotek Machine Operator in Denver, Colorado
Hiring Machine Operators – (Full-Time)
We’re looking for a dependable Machine Operator to support our molding and downstream production processes. This position plays a key role in producing high‑quality plastic containers by operating machinery, performing changeovers, supporting maintenance activities, and ensuring materials move efficiently throughout the facility. Schedule: 1st or 3rd shift available
2x2x3 rotating schedule (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off)
12‑hour shifts (7:00AM-7:00PM or 7:00PM-7:00AM)
Training: 1st shift for 2–4 weeks
Work Environment: Mid-sized, safety‑focused production facility
Job Description:
Operate and maintain molding and downstream production machinery
Perform process set‑ups, changeovers, and preventative maintenance
Follow all established safety procedures and communicate hazards promptly
Use proper PPE and practice safe start‑up and shut‑down procedures
Maintain production goals through accurate machine operation
Record production data with accuracy and attention to detail
Operate one‑step equipment including laser dating and leak detection systems
Conduct quality inspections using written and visual standards
Move finished goods using a pallet jack and forklift
Assist in developing work instructions and training materials for new operators
Skills/Qualifications:
Experience in production or machine operation
Sit-down forklift experience is a plus
Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
Experience with plastic injection or molding processes is a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
